I am no johnny-come-lately to the business world. With an MBA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, I have 34 years of business experience along with 4+ years of owning my own franchised small telecom cost reduction consulting company.
I manage our IT Radix Professional Service board and work closely with our technician team to ensure clients’ issues are resolved completely and in a timely manner. My all-around good nature, dedication and willingness to jump in and help wherever needed are key strengths I bring to our team.
I have the privilege to being part of the sales and marketing team at IT Radix. It is a pleasure to work with an imaginative and productive group of individuals. My favorite part about my job is the team effort. All of us working together with an end result to getting the job done, utilizing our individual talents along the way.
My general, all-around knowledge and ability to stay calm and listen when just about any issue comes up are key strengths I bring to the IT Radix team. With over 15 years of IT support experience, my current responsibilities include monitoring and managing all the alerts and proactive maintenance work we do on our clients’ behalf.
I came to IT Radix with over 30 years of work experience in a variety of settings. While at AT&T/IBM, I worked as a programmer/analyst for 16 years giving me a good background in the IT industry. For the past 13 years, I worked in a bookkeeping/billing capacity at various companies, the most recent of which was Catholic Charities.
I am a familiar face to our IT Radix clients. As a Senior IT Consultant, I’m in the forefront of IT Radix serving our clients out in the field! Whether it be troubleshooting a problem or performing routine maintenance, our clients have the stress-free peace of mind knowing that their IT needs are in my more than capable hands.
As one of our resident telecommuters, I work hard behind the scenes at IT Radix publishing, editing and contributing to our monthly IT Radix Resource newsletter, as well as maintaining our company website and social media and Blog posts. I enjoy getting my creative juices flowing.
