They focus on providing medical, insurance and reimbursement along with pharmaceutical service and delivery to a very small segment of the population. Their Information Technology Director sought out counsel from IT Radix to act as a trusted advisor on specific projects that demanded time he could not devote and expertise that he did not have.
In this case, day-to-day technical support and managed IT services—which IT Radix helps scores of clients with all the time—was not the need. Rather, this Director chose IT Radix for its expertise in change management, network security and cloud architecture experience.
