The leadership at one of our newest clients, Cedarcrest Property Management, came to us with ambition and drive. This organization works with condominium associations all over New Jersey offering them outstanding personalized service, 24 hours per day, 7 days a week. Their motto is to embrace solutions, not excuses. Tom Chilenski, CEO, and his management team intend to double their business in five years and they are well on their way to reaching that goal.
Unfortunately, one hurdle that needed to be overcome to reach that five-year goal was an inefficient technology structure and support system. What they had in terms of hardware and support resulted in an unproductive staff including an inability to work remotely, older equipment and software at risk for malware, hacking and viruses, a modern VoIP phone system that was not set up for them to take advantage of its many features and an outsourced IT resource that was unresponsive to their burgeoning needs.
