Duo Mobile is rolling out a required security update. If any of your devices are running an older version of the Duo Mobile app, you may stop receiving Duo Push notifications after February 2, 2026—which can interrupt logins when you need them most.
To avoid any last-minute access issues, please update Duo Mobile on every phone or tablet that receives Duo Push prompts (work or personal).
Duo Mobile for both iOS and Android need to be at 4.85.0 or higher. You can check the version of Duo on your device within the app itself.
How to update Duo Mobile (iPhone / Android)
- Open the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android)
- Search for Duo Mobile
- Tap Update (or Install if needed)
That’s it—once updated, you’re all set.
