Turn on Protected View

Open Microsoft Office files downloaded from the internet or email in Protected View to avoid running potentially harmful content.

File > Options > Trust Center > Trust Center Settings > Protected View

NOTE:  You can access and modify the Trust Center settings in the same way for any Microsoft Office application.
