Even Law Firms Need Advice, in This Case, IT Advice!

image-law-ninjaWe are very pleased to welcome the Community Health Law Project of New Jersey to our growing list of clients.  This not-for-profit organization provides legal services and advocacy to people with disabilities of limited means including developmental disabilities, mobility and sensory impairments, mental illness and a host of others.

Our client has been at this organization for over twenty years and oversees 9 varying offices all over the state of NJ.  He keeps himself up to speed on technology advancements ensuring compliance and security.  However, he realizes sometimes he needs to lean on an outside firm with reliable, responsive and professional technicians that could offer expertise and advice.  That is why he chose to lean on the advice and support of IT Radix.

One of the key things that drew this client to IT Radix was our willingness to listen and our customized approach.  A lot of other IT and Computer Support companies will only work with clients who use certain hardware or sign up for a certain type of plan.  IT Radix offers our clients a variety of ways to work with us and, as a result, is a winning situation for our clients.

Since we started working with The Community Health Law Project, we have done a variety of things including: acting as backup IT support when our contact went on an extended vacation, assisting remote offices to connect to the main office over a secure network, and helping fix email problems experienced by some staff members.  To learn more about how The Community Health Law Project assists those in need, please visit them at: http://www.chlp.org/
