Jeweler finds IT Radix service brilliant

Brilliant IT ServiceThere are rare emergencies in the jewelry business, but IT Radix was recently called by the fine folks at Simms Jewelers in Bedminster New Jersey to respond to an emergency server disaster -- caused by someone deleting files in an effort to save disk space.   Our immediate assistance consisting of rebuilding the server and reconnecting 7 PC desktops to the network.   Sadly, their backup solution was not appropriately configured by their previous IT support company which resulted in some lost data.  We have corrected this oversight and greatly enhanced their backup solution.

Throughout the process we worked with their software vendor in restoring the application and data.
