Giving Back Is Woven Into Our Long-Term Strategy—Guiding Everything From Volunteer Efforts to Strategic Partnerships
IT Radix has demonstrated a deep, enduring commitment to giving back to the community, making it one of the company’s foundational core values. This principle isn’t just a slogan—it’s woven into the fabric of daily operations and long-term strategy, guiding everything from volunteer efforts to strategic partnerships.
Doing Good Makes Us Better
Since its early days, IT Radix has prioritized community impact. In 2018, the company celebrated its 10-year anniversary with a dedicated “10 Months of Giving Back” program, contributing monthly to various causes and reinforcing that giving back has “always been part of our IT Radix Core Values” and will “continue in the years ahead.” This milestone highlighted a sustained dedication that extends well beyond any single event.
How We Walk the Talk
Ongoing initiatives highlight this commitment in action. IT Radix regularly teams up with organizations like Habitat for Humanity for hands-on volunteering to build homes and support families. We also partner with JBWS (Jersey Battered Women’s Services) to aid those in need. Giving back looks different everywhere we do it—from internal support during tough times to external community service. Our commitment to our New Jersey environment shines through our ongoing e-waste recycling drives partnering with Green Vision. We have also made numerous donations of gently used office furniture to deserving organizations. This reduces waste and promotes reuse—all aligned with our core value of giving back responsibly. Additional efforts include supporting veterans via initiatives like “Play for Your Freedom,” mentoring students, and advancing opportunities for youth and education.
For 15 years, IT Radix’s consistent actions prove that giving back is more than philanthropy, it’s a lasting cultural commitment that strengthens both the communities we serve and the company itself.
IT Radix cares about our community!
