We are delighted to welcome Brianne Hamill to the IT Radix Team.  Brianne comes to us from Fidelco, LLC/Lynch Contracting.  Since joining IT Radix, Brianne has made a positive contribution with her strong organizational skills and gift of creativity.  Brianne’s positive attitude and willingness to pitch in wherever needed adds to our supportive team environment.

One of our newest clients, Freizer & Freizer, presented us with the challenge of updating their office workstations and centralizing their data services into one location. IT Radix was able to seamlessly upgrade their workstations, implement network attached storage and work with Freizer & Freizer along the way to ensure that their new equipment became a true tool and not a hindrance! IT Radix works with each of our clients to make sure that the upgrade process is as trouble-free as possible.

If it’s one company that has their ear to the ground, it’s our newest client Audio Inc! Audio Inc is a full-service audio rental and reinforcement company, in charge of handling all audio and production services to large-scale events such as the US Open.

We're pleased to officially welcome Dan Parzanese to the IT Radix team.  Dan comes to us from NJIT Newark College of Engineering.  He has been a plumber’s apprentice since 2006 proving that he is likely more handy than some of the IT Radix team with a wrench.

We're pleased to officially welcome Charles Reid to the IT Radix team.  Charles comes to us from Rice Catholic HS and this past weekend successfully completed the Microsoft Windows Server 2008 Active Directory, Configuring exam.  Congratulations Charles!

At Rice, he was “the IT guy” and as a result, he has a variety of experience with desktops, servers, phone systems, teaching, and more.

What is a geek?  The term geek has been around for quite some time and has different meanings.   Wikipedia defines geek as a slang term for non-mainstream people, with different connotations ranging from "a computer expert or enthusiast" to "a person heavily interested in a hobby.

IT Radix is pleased to announce that Ashleigh Boissonault  has joined our  IT support team as our Office and Technical Administrator.   Formerly a Legal Secretary for Heymann & Fletcher, Ashleigh brings more than six years of experience to the team.

Earlier today, I attended a celebration of the life of Evelyn Ortner--an amazing woman who came to be a friend in a roundabout way because of technology. The story of how we became friends is a little silly but I'd like to share it nonetheless.  When I graduated college and first moved to New Jersey, I was very green about financial planning, more specifically budgeting for day-to-day expenses.

What amazes me most about the Internet is the wealth of information available at your tips. I use the Internet, email newsletters, and all the new forms of social networking to keep up with industry trends, world news, friends from days gone by, and more.
