To “Give Back” is one of the core values by which the entire IT Radix professional team operate. And so we’re always looking for opportunities to give back, whether it is directly helping out some of our local not-for-profit agencies or other worthy organizations.
Sometimes the giving back is more personal and, thus, more rewarding. For instance, in December, Cathy Coloff spent the morning along with her Leading Women Entrepreneur cohorts mentoring a number of young, future business leaders. Cathy spent the morning at Raritan Valley Community College where she met with young men and women and shared with them some of her many secrets to success in business. She and the rest of the women served as role models, and each enjoyed answering questions in five-minute, one-on-one coaching sessions in a speed dating format with all the young people. Cathy had a great time and it was just another rewarding way of giving back and paying it forward to our future leaders!
