The TeamViewer software creates a secure connection between your computer and an IT Radix technical consultant that allows us to remotely see and control your machine so that we may assist you in problem resolution. Sadly, I recently lost both of my maternal grandparents within the space of 4 weeks. They had a long and happy life together with over 70+ years of marriage. I will love and cherish my memories of them both.
