Amy – I love seafood, including sushi, but rarely get it at home so I always look forward to having it when I go out. However, my absolute favorite is my mom’s baked Mac & Cheese with bread crumbs...nothing in this world beats it!

Cathy – My favorite dish is Chicken Scarpariello at Il Villagio Restaurant in Parsippany, New Jersey. Even better the next day when the garlic, butter and white wine have really had a chance to meld together.

Jandy - My favorite meal is East Coast Pizza from an Italian pizzeria (no chain restaurant)! None of this Provel cheese on cardboard that they pass off as pizza here in the midwest! A close second is my mom’s good ol’ southern Chicken ’n’ Dumplings…Yum!!!!

Jo Ann – One of my favorite meals is Pot Roast served with creamy mashed potatoes and gravy. I slow cook it in the crock pot on a cold winter day and enjoy the warm aromas. The meal is not complete without red cabbage and, of course, my family around the table.
