  Hourly On Request IT Support

IT Radix provides hourly IT support on an as-needed basis. This option is not as effective as our other support options because it tends to be very reactive – you call after the problem (often a crisis) has occurred. The reality is that the majority of IT problems can be prevented with a regular, proactive approach to IT support.

 

Two Most Common Reasons Why Clients Opt for Hourly Support

1.     To get their feet wet and test the waters during an evaluation phase before deciding to engage IT Radix in an on-going relationship.  
2.     When brand spanking new clients require immediate assistance, hourly support is the fastest and easiest way to get your computer network up and running again.

  IT Projects

Have a special project? Often clients contact us for particular IT projects.   Our free, detailed proposals outline the scope of the project, the tasks involved, the timeline and the cost investments required. In general, IT projects are fixed-priced – IT Radix bears the risk of cost overruns, not our clients. We can handle a variety of IT projects. Here are a few examples of our capabilities:

Our Keystone and Cornerstone IT Management plans are pro-active approach to managing your IT assets.  The Keystone IT Management Plan focuses on key components of your network , usually this includes file servers, firewalls and the like. Without these key components, your network would experience a major disruption in business, something we both wish to avoid.

Our Cornerstone IT Management plan expands the scope to include not only key components but also all PCs and laptops.  As an added benefit, you get managed anti-virus/anti-SPAM software at no additional cost. No need to purchase anti-virus licensing separately.
